Your Impact and Mission
- Build lasting relationships and strengthen client partnerships, while ensuring ongoing success and satisfaction.
- Ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients post-onboarding.
- Understand client needs to continuously improve overall satisfaction and ensure high retention rates/ Achieve retention targets through effective account management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Partnership, and other departments to meet or exceed client expectations
- Deliver results rapidly and effectively.
- Enhance satisfaction within designated client accounts.
- Turn challenges into sales opportunities within each account.
- Leveraging insights to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and deliver actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational and technical issues to maintain seamless operations.
Your Experience, Mindset and Skills
- 3+ years of work experience in a client facing position - MUST
- Fluent English (oral & written) – MUST
- Work experience with the US market and availability for calls on US time zone when needed.
- Strong Excel capabilities and familiarity with PBI
- People person – with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Observant with a passion for understanding and meeting clients' evolving needs.
- Experience in online advertising industry – Advantage
- Familiarity with CRM Systems (HubSpot, ClickUp) – Advantage.
Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days.
