Your Impact and Mission
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define key metrics, and guide data-driven decisions.
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities-asking the right questions before they arise.
- Present insights clearly and persuasively, adapting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Connect multiple data sources, validate findings, and build a coherent data story to inform business actions.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar tools) to track performance and uncover insights.
- Use SQL to efficiently extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
- Conduct deep dives and ad-hoc analyses to support quick decision-making under tight deadlines.
Your Experience, Mindset and Skills
- 2-3 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL-capable of writing efficient queries and working with large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills-able to simplify complex insights and influence decisions.
- Proactive and curious-focused on identifying the "why" behind the data, not just reporting numbers.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ad-tech or marketing analytics experience - Advantage.
Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days.
