We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our super talented & fun Demand team!
The Support Specialist is responsible for implementation, setup and monitoring of campaigns in our systems, and providing ongoing support to advertisers using SelfAdvertiser, our self-service platform.
- Implement & monitor online campaigns
- Managing & operating a customer management interface
- Managing a support system, provide service to advertisers in ongoing operational issues
- Troubleshoot operational & technical issues
- Create statistical & daily reports
The person we’re looking for:
- Details oriented and capable of following structured procedures
- Highly independent, fast learner, efficient and organized
- Excellent technical and analytical skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Performs under pressure and meticulously meets and beats goals
- BA Degree
- Excellent Excel skills
- Fluent in English (oral & written)
- Work experience and/or familiarity with the Internet advertising world
- Proven work experience in customer service positions
- Work experience with Support/CRM/Service desks tools
