We are looking for an **Evening Receptionist** to join our great Administration team!
- Manning the reception, support to office visitors, handle phone calls etc.
- Administrative assistance to managers & employees
- Management of conference rooms & hosting meeting
- Team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Highly independent, efficient & organized
- Reliable & responsible
- Possess strong service orientation
- Former administrative experience – Must (IDF experience applies)
- Availability for a part time job of 2/3 shifts a week (alternately between 16:00 to 20:00)
- Fluent English
- Full command of MS Office
- Flexibility to work additional hours (mornings/noon) in case of need
- Willingness for long term work
