Ouna, our Programmatic Distribution unit, is building innovative programmatic Real Time Bidding solutions and B2C Products. Driven by technology and data, we drive impactful, people-centric marketing.

Your Impact and Mission

  • Play a substantial part in shaping product strategy based on what’s technically possible (and often make the impossible possible).
  • Own a full product development lifecycle from design and implementation to testing and production.
  • Work closely with the teams’ data scientists to plan and implement new Machine Learning models and strategies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities and provide technological solutions.

Your Experience, Mindset and Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
  • Has the experience to see through a feature from conception to implementation.
  • Vast knowledge of SQL with advanced query skills.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies
  • Experience in high-scale environments and multi-threaded applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.

 It can be a great plus if you have:

  • Work experience in agile startups or innovation teams.
  • Experience in Presto, Hive and Hazelcast


Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days.
