You will report directly to the Head of ManiFesto as part of ManiFesto's management team, and manage our Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams, across NY, LA, and TLV; 

Own the full lifecycle of all-things-customers and partners, from prospects to retention, foster relationships and strategic partnerships that drive growth and deliver exceptional results and lasting success; 

And ensure that both our customers and partners achieve their full potential while supporting the company's vision for sustainable business value, maximize partner synergies, and long-term success.

Your Impact and Mission

Build a comprehensive sales strategy, develop and manage the entire funnel from defining target prospects to a successful win. 

Lead, mentor, and grow the team leaders and teams, help them to meet KPIs and goals, grow professionally, and inspire them to become the best they can be. 

Identify synergy opportunities between our customers (demand) and partners (supply), to maximize business results, satisfaction, and success.

Nurture lasting relationships and trust, constantly monitor and analyze satisfaction, and develop retention strategies. 

Lead and guide negotiations and agreements’ closings, ensuring that terms are favourable and align with long-term business objectives.

Define KPIs and regularly assess the value and performance of each customer and partner, to ensure mutual benefit.

Manage and mitigate risks to establish a healthy and sustainable business. 

Collaborate closely with ManiFesto’s management team, cross-functional teams, and HQ departments to drive progress, holistic decision making, and effective workflows.

Your Experience, Mindset and Skills

Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire, mentor, and drive successful teams. Experience in managing a group of >10 people, including managing Team Leaders.

Deep understanding of all-things-customers, needs and pain points, and proven ability to build strategy and go-to operational plans around it. 

Sustainable experience with leading relevant domains and managing several teams simultaneously, meeting and beating goals. 

Experience in AdTech or marketplace product companies. 

Highly professional, striving to set high work standards, and deliver high quality results. 

Technology oriented and data driven. 

Experience with the US market and full work proficiency in English.

Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days
